Get ready for summer and visit "Callejera" or street vendor food. Llearn to prepare the food that the locals eat with a native of San Miguel de Allende. Light and easy recipes include Ceviche (Marinated Fish), Baja Fish Tacos, Ensalada de Nopalitos (Cactus Leaf Salad), Cold Street Vendor Style Vegetables and fruit, with Agua de Horchata of Melon.

Clark College Cooking and Wine School offers cooking classes, wine appreciation and boutique wine making classes. Our stylish classroom in Vancouver, Washington features an open floor plan with easy viewing from the curved granite countertop seating, huge windows and is well-stocked with quality small ware and pantry staples. We combine classes with quality education for both students new to cooking and students with cooking experience. We emphasize healthy eating and a “locavore”-conscious lifestyle. With filming and an online learning capacity, our goal is to provide hands on learning and a delicious experience!
